Change date format in graphs

It should be possible to change the date format for graphs. For example, to use UK format like 19/08 instead of 08/09.

As of today, we now use more universally-recognizable dates in the format like "Apr 7" to make things less confusing for folks. We will still keep customizable date formats on our roadmap, though!
